WranglR Automations builds websites for contractors. This page says what is collected, why, and how to have it removed. Nothing here is sold, and there is no advertising network involved.
1. Who runs this
WranglR Automations is operated by Ryan Ybarra, a sole proprietor trading as WranglR Automations, at 9817 Gschwind St, El Paso, TX 79924. Contact: [email protected].
2. There is no tracking on this website
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tag manager, no session recording, and no cookies. You can read this entire site without anything being stored about you.
3. The website checker
If you type a domain into the checker on the home page, that domain is sent to our own server so it can be looked up. A domain is not personal information and it is not stored against you, because there is no "you" here to store it against. No name, no email, no account.
4. Proposal pages, and the one thing we do record
If you were sent a proposal at a wranglrautomations.com/p/... address, opening that page records that it was opened.
What is recorded: the name of the proposal, the time it was opened, the country your internet connection reports, and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer.
What is not recorded: your IP address, any cookie, your name, or anything you did on the page. Nothing is shared with a third party, because the server is ours.
The reason is plain: a proposal that was never opened and a proposal that was read and set aside look identical from this end, and they call for opposite follow-ups. If you would rather that not be recorded for you, say so and your proposal will be sent as a plain document instead.
5. Photos you send
The upload page exists so you can send photographs of your work. Those photographs are used for one thing: building your website. They are not sold, not licensed to anyone, and not used on any other client's site.
If a photograph shows a customer's home, a person, or anything identifiable, you are confirming you have the right to share it. Ask at any time and any photo will be deleted.
6. Information you give while we work together
Building a website means exchanging your business name, address, phone number, email, hours, services and photographs, usually by email or text. It is used to build and run your site, and to contact you about the work. That is all.
7. Companies involved
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the checker and the proposal pages.
- Stripe takes payment. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen here.
- Google Workspace is the email that writes to you.
Your information is not sold, rented, or handed to advertisers.
8. How long it is kept
Project material is kept while we are working together and for 12 months afterwards, so your site can be restored or picked back up. Billing records are kept for 7 years because tax rules require it. Proposal open records are kept for 12 months and are deleted with the proposal.
9. What you can ask for
Ask for a copy of anything held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and it will be done within 30 days. No form, no fee.
10. Security, stated honestly
Card details never touch these systems. Files and project material sit behind access controls and traffic is encrypted. No service can promise it will never be breached, and this one does not. If something happens that affects you, you will be told.
